KVP Sri Saraswathi Milk Kova Pvt Ltd (KVP Milk Dairy), headquartered at No. 667-B, Chapparam Road, Mittahalli Village, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu – 635112, India, operates www.kvpmilkdairy.com, an e-commerce and business platform offering dairy products, milk sweets, and perishables (“Products”). This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) describes our process for dispatching and delivering products to our customers. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy and our Terms of Use.

 

 

1. DELIVERY COVERAGE

We currently provide delivery services across Tamil Nadu and select neighboring regions through our specialized cold-chain network and verified logistics partners. While orders can be placed from any location, the shipping address must be within our serviceable zones in India. Please enter your pincode at checkout to verify eligibility.

 

 

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • Local Deliveries (Krishnagiri & Surrounding Areas): Orders are typically delivered within 12–24 hours to ensure the freshness of milk and paneer.

  • Regional Deliveries (Tamil Nadu State): Orders for sweets (Kova) and long-shelf-life products may take 2–5 working days.

  • Note: Estimated timelines are subject to product availability and regional logistics conditions.

 

 

3. DELIVERY PARTNERS AND PROCESS

To maintain the integrity of our dairy products, we utilize both our in-house distribution fleet (for local fresh milk) and reputed third-party logistics providers (for sweets and ghee). Once your order is dispatched, tracking details or delivery personnel contact information will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

 

 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the distance from our facility in Kaveripattinam.

  • Applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched, except in cases where a product defect is verified by KVP Dairy.

 

 

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND PERISHABLES

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products (Milk, Curd, Paneer):

  • Fresh Products: To ensure the highest food safety and freshness standards, we make one delivery attempt for fresh products. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be cancelled without a refund.

  • Non-Perishables (Ghee/Sweets): Up to two delivery attempts will be made. After repeated failures, the order will be returned to our facility, and shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

 

 

6. FORCE MAJEURE AND DELAYS

KVP Milk Dairy shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions. We will make every effort to notify you of such delays through your registered contact details.
