KVP Sri Saraswathi Milk Kova Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “KVP Dairy”), having its registered office at No. 667-B, Chapparam Road, Mittahalli Village, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri – 635112, Tamil Nadu, India, operates and manages www.kvpmilkdairy.com. This e-commerce platform enables users to purchase dairy products, milk sweets, and related items online (“Products”). This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the process for returns, cancellations, and refunds for all purchases made through the Website. By using our Website, you agree to the terms stated in this Policy.

 


 

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

This Policy applies exclusively to online orders placed through www.kvpmilkdairy.com. As our Products (including Milk, Paneer, and Khova) are primarily perishable, returns or refunds are permitted only under the specific circumstances outlined below to ensure food safety and quality standards.

 


 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

  1. Condition for Return: Returns are accepted only for Products that are found to be damaged, leaked, spoiled, or incorrect at the exact time of delivery.

  2. Reporting Window: Customers must raise a complaint within 6 hours of receiving the order (due to the highly perishable nature of dairy) by emailing [Insert Email] or calling [Insert Phone], providing clear photographs/videos of the damaged or incorrect items.

  3. Validity: Claims received beyond the stipulated window of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  4. Inspection: The Product must be in its original packaging. KVP Dairy reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a claim.

 


 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to strict health and safety regulations regarding perishable food, items such as Fresh Milk, Curd, Paneer, Buttermilk, and Ghee are not eligible for return once they have been successfully delivered in good condition and accepted by the customer. We advise customers to check the "Best Before" dates and packaging integrity upon handover.

 


 

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Verification: Refunds are initiated only after the complaint is verified and approved by the KVP Dairy quality assurance team.

  2. Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days from the date of confirmation.

  3. Credit Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) used during the transaction.

  4. External Delays: Any delays in the reflection of funds in the customer's account may be due to bank processing timelines, which are beyond the control of KVP Dairy.

 


 

REPLACEMENTS

  1. Alternative to Refund: At the company's discretion, a fresh replacement may be issued in lieu of a refund for defective or incorrect Products.

  2. Availability: Replacements are subject to immediate stock availability.

  3. Out of Stock: If a suitable replacement is unavailable, the customer will be issued a full refund as per the terms mentioned above.

 


 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Pre-Dispatch: Orders may be canceled by the customer only before the order has been processed or dispatched by contacting our customer support.

  2. Post-Dispatch: Once an order is "Out for Delivery" or has been dispatched from our Krishnagiri facility, it cannot be canceled due to the temperature-sensitive nature of the goods.

  3. Company Rights: KVP Dairy reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, logistical disruptions, or technical errors. In such instances, a 100% refund will be issued.

 


 

FORCE MAJEURE

KVP Dairy shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to deliver arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

 


 

MODIFICATION OF POLICY

We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
